Tell us what happened without sending your ledger.

  1. Start with the lesson for your task

    Every lesson stays available in Learn Berean. Open it again whenever you need a reminder, or choose “View all steps” to read the whole lesson at once.

  2. Create a diagnostic bundle

    On Support, choose “Create a diagnostic bundle”, then read what it contains. The bundle helps explain how Berean handled the request. Creating it doesn’t send it.

  3. Add a short description

    If you like, describe what you were trying to do, what happened and the date range involved. Don’t include raw ledger files, passwords or bank credentials.

  4. Choose whether to send it

    Choose “Send this to Berean” when you’re ready to share the bundle and your account email. You can copy or download the bundle instead. Support can explain Berean’s behavior; it can’t give accounting or tax advice.
