Pricing

One subscription. One price, billed monthly.

No tiers, no seats, and no charge that varies with how much you compare. The audit at /audit is separate: it is free, it needs no account, and nothing on this page applies to it.

What you get for it.

A workspace that keeps your two ledgers, compares them whenever you ask, and holds every comparison it has run. Each difference it reports carries the exact rows it came from, on both sides, and the printable report is the same document on paper.

The comparison is the same deterministic engine the free audit runs. What an account adds is that the ledgers and the findings are kept, so a comparison can be re-run, filtered, printed and compared against the last one — none of which the free audit can do, because it stores nothing.

The terms, in full.

One price
$149 a month, per workspace. There are no tiers, no seats to buy, and no charge that varies with how many transactions you compare.
A 14-day trial, and a payment method is required to start it
A first subscription starts with a 14-day trial. A payment method is required to begin it and nothing is charged while it runs. If no usable payment method is on file when the trial ends, the trial ends without a subscription starting rather than rolling into a charge.
It renews monthly until you cancel
When the trial ends the subscription begins, and it renews by itself each month against the payment method on file.
Cancel any time, from the billing portal
Cancelling is one control on the billing page inside your workspace, which opens a page Stripe hosts. It stops the next renewal. It does not shorten the month you have already paid for — access runs to the end of that period and the workspace works normally until then.
If it lapses, the workspace goes read-only
An account without an active subscription can still sign in, and every finding, every piece of evidence and every report already there stays readable. What stops is changing them: uploading a new ledger, running a new comparison, and dismissing or restoring a finding. Nothing is deleted, and starting a subscription again restores all of it.
On refunds, the trial is the refund
The trial exists so the decision gets made before any money moves. After it there is no partial refund for an unused part of a month, and none backdated to an earlier one.

The checkout page states what you will be charged. The amount above is what Berean charges for a subscription. Stripe shows the amount, the trial and the renewal date on its own checkout page before you enter any payment details, and sends the same figures in the confirmation afterwards. If you were given a promotion code, what you pay is what checkout showed once it was applied.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your payment details directly — Berean never sees or stores them. The full billing terms are in the Terms, and what Stripe receives is in the Privacy Notice.

Not ready for an account?

The audit at /audit is free, needs no account and asks for no payment details. It runs in memory and stores nothing — no ledger row from it is written to a database or to disk.
